EMERGENCY GROUP CONSCIENCE

Per current By Laws, here are the relevant details:

A. State the date, time and place of the meeting.
Wednesday, December 21st, 2022 from 7pm-9pm

B. State the specific matter to be decided at the meeting.
Open forum to discuss the Bylaws Committee’s 11/21 proposed draft.

C. State why a Group Conscience decision on the matter cannot be delayed until the next regularly scheduled Group Conscience meeting.

Currently, Group Conscience does not allow enough time for discussion on the topic and this will allow for people to be well informed when it comes up for a vote at the regularly scheduled January 16th Group Conscience.

D. State the names of the trusted servants who determined the need for the special meeting.
